About
Kasper Wold Eriksen was born in 1986 in Kongsvinger, Norway. He grew up with a love for cars, PC-games, Lego and all creative things. His father is a photographer so he soon got introduced to the greatness of photography. Playing around on the computer in 1998 he got to know Photoshop. Hours of hours with Photoshop proved to be useful both in photography, web design and digital art.
After bringing a camera to a car-festival in 2005, he randomly delivered four pictures from the event to Street Xtreme, a Swedish car magazine, and they got printed. That opened his eyes for automotive photography, and started the dream of becoming a professional photographer.
Since getting his own camera, things have evolved quickly from 2005. Now he specializes in car- and motorcycle photography, and freelances for Autofil, one of the biggest Norwegian car magazines. Powerdrift ( the Norwegian drifting series) is using him as their official photographer. To keep the learning curve going upwards he also studies at BILDER Nordic School of Photography. |
